Fall Fun

A few weeks ago Dave and I went up to Logan for a visit, Fox was sick and Kelsy had a huge homework project, so the rest of us went out to have a little festive fun!


There was a goat petting zoo, Cash had some corn to feed them and Coco thought he might like a yummy stick to try... For some reason the goat chose the corn... (Just in time for Halloween, the goat looks possessed!)


There was a huge pile of hay, one side had a slide...


And the other had a jumping pit, kid were going crazy on this thing! There wasn't any structure, just a swarm of children but they had fun.


We waited in line for half an hour so the kids could go on these pony rides but they really enjoyed them! Cash had the biggest smile the entire time, it was really cute.


Coco's helmet was a little big on her... but she was super excited about riding on the pony (even if she couldn't see!)

Dave and I had a great time, we are going to miss having them so close!

Carving Pumpkins

Dave and I went over to my Dad house to carve pumpkins last Friday with Chantel, Mike, Annie, Jimmy, David, JoAnn and Cadence.


Instead of cutting a hole in the top of his pumpkin, he decided that putting one in the bottom was a better idea


Dave was very sweet and Helped Cadence cut the top off her pumpkin


David got two pumpkins this year, we always get and extra, just in case one is rotten (it has happened quite a few times!) They all ended up being fine this year, so David decided to have at it! The one in the front is a chupacabra and the one in the back need some medical attention...


Jimmy turned his into an alien, its eyes already look like they are glowing and the candle hasn't even been put in it yet!


Annie's turned out awesome, I love the crooked smile!


JoAnn's is really cool, I love how she did the mouth!


Mine seems to be a little scared


Dave's turned out amazing (as it always does!) I am always impressed with his creativity.


Chantel made a Cyclops, very cool.


JoAnn helped her granddaughter Cadence with her smiley pumpkin!


Dad's turned out great too!

And Mike made his throw up... It turned out really fun!


All of the pumpkins turned out great and of when we were all done carving, we lit them up on the front steps, what a fun time!

Halloween

This year for Halloween it rained... pretty hard, we still got a few kids trick-or-treating but not as many as we would have if the weather was nicer (our subdivision is full of young kids) Dave and I had a really good time passing out candy and getting together our Halloween costumes. I have had many people inquire about what Dave ended up being this year (he is always creative) So lets see if you can figure it out


He wore a suit and made a bow tie-

And he also made a large hat-
